I got lazy and didn't add any directions, but you can kind of figure it out

To fold these, you'll need long narrow strips of paper (check the last photo of the first row). You can usually find them at asian markets, they have pretty designs. If not, you can make your own by either utilizing your handy paper shredder at home. Or, you can manually cut them; lined paper works well for this because you can just scissor along the lines.
